Adventure weekend
Just got back from a weekend in the middle of nowhere…
My study abroad program took us on an outdoorsy weekend trip to the northwestern region of England, about 7ish hours away from London. Though the bus ride was painfully long and uncomfortable, I had a pretty good time exploring the outdoors, sightseeing, breathing fresh air, etc… It was great being in a part of England that isn’t a big city, but it made me appreciate the comforts of Bankside (my dorm) and London a lot more! I’ll post pictures of the beautiful scenery on fb soon :)
Other than that, partying has been loads of fun but I’m going to try to limit the amounts of nights I go out. I’ve spent an OBSCENE amount of money on the most random stuff, it’s actually kind of frustrating. I say this now, but come Tues/Thurs nights, I’m going to want to go out >=O ugh, it’s so hard to say no.
